About Rebekah
Rebekah is a Certified Yoga Teacher having earned her credentials with a Yoga Alliance accredited school and has over 13 years of experience practicing yoga. Well versed with the 8 limbs of yoga, her aim is to guide students through a personalized, complete and inclusive yoga experience for all who would like to take part. In addition to group class opportunities, she is also available to design a unique practice for each student based upon individuals needs and desired outcomes.
Optional trainings include: Yamas (social ethics), Niyamas (personal practices), Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (mindful breathing), Pratyahara (turning inward), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (de-concentration), Samadhi (open awareness).
