Approach as a Physics Tutor
Teaching Method and Techniques
I focus on making physics both understandable and engaging by breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable examples. I combine clear explanations, visual aids (diagrams, simulations, experiments), and real-world applications to show how physics connects to everyday life. I encourage interactive learning through problem-solving, questioning, and step-by-step reasoning, so students not only memorize formulas but truly understand the principles behind them.
Typical Lesson Plan
Warm-up / Review (5–10 min): Quick recap of the previous lesson or a short diagnostic question to assess understanding.
Concept Introduction (15–20 min): Explain the new topic using diagrams, analogies, and worked examples.
Guided Practice (15–20 min): Work through problems together, encouraging students to explain their reasoning.
Independent Practice (15–20 min): Students attempt questions with my support as needed.
Wrap-up (5–10 min): Summarize key ideas, highlight common mistakes, and assign practice for reinforcement.
