Very experienced London based university lecturer and author (PhD) offers lessons and individual based support in Psychology

Perfect! I have worked with Ron for almost two years, whenever I have needed additional support with statistics during my MSc. He initially helped me develop my understanding and use of SPSS during my first year, and more recently became an invaluable source of support while I was completing the statistical analysis and Results section of my dissertation.
Ron has an excellent understanding of SPSS and both descriptive and inferential statistics, but more importantly, he is extremely good at explaining them. He is patient, clear and has a great sense of humour, which makes working through statistics considerably less daunting!
During my dissertation, Ron was a significant support. He helped me work through my analyses, understand and interpret my results, and make sure I was reporting them appropriately. He was always quick to respond when I needed additional tutoring and very generous with his knowledge and time.
One of the things I have particularly appreciated about Ron is his honesty. He is straightforward and frank about your work and will tell you when something needs changing or simply does not make sense. I found this incredibly valuable, particularly during the final stages of my dissertation when I needed clear, constructive feedback rather than reassurance.
Ron is knowledgeable, patient, funny and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He has also accumulated some brilliant stories over the years, so our sessions were rarely just about statistics! I have learned a huge amount from him over the past two years and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for support with SPSS, statistics, research methods or dissertation writing support.
