About Tianai
I have been tutoring academically for more than 6 months now. Having worked with more than seven students of all grades in high school, I have a solid understanding of different curriculums and course expectations.
My expertise involves the three grade 12 math courses: advanced function, calculus and vectors, and data management; of which I personally graduated with a 98% average and was awarded honour math studies from my high school.
To give an instance of my tutoring history, I have taught calculus to two students on an ongoing basis, of whom both have seen an average increase of 10%, giving them a solid guarantor for higher-education acceptance. Moreover, I have helped students from sitting on the passing line to a high 80s.
Throughout school, I have taken various mentor and teaching assistant roles, working with students as young as grade one. Therefore, I have gained valuable communication skills and the ability to put myself in students' shoes while teaching.

I am a university student majoring mathematics at the University of Waterloo. Having graduated first of my school and winning the Governor's medal, I will deliver top-notched grade-boosting lessons.
Lesson structure will vary based on student abilities and ask.
- One of the options is a comprehensive review of an entire course. In this format, I will go over important concepts, review examples, and walk the student through various assessment for a concrete grip of knowledge.
