About Aamna
I am a current medical student at the University of Western Australia in 2025 and hold an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences. I received a score of 79 in section II which sits around ~98 percentile. I have around 5 years of personalised tutoring experience in english (including ATAR).
Having sat GAMSAT twice myself I understand how daunting it can be - and my aim is to offer my students guidance through the uncertainty that accompanies this process. I improved my score in section II from a 66 to a 79 between sits and I want to share how.

In your free trial lesson, we’ll delve into your Section II journey so far and identify the key challenges holding you back from achieving your target scores. Having sat the GAMSAT twice, I understand how overwhelming the process can feel. This reflective session will not only uncover areas for improvement but also lay the foundation for a strategic path forward— in my personal experience I found this to be extremely important.
Future lessons will be tailored to your needs, including live essay-writing practice where we’ll work through prompts together, step-by-step guidance on building structured and impactful essays, and detailed feedback to help you refine your writing style. You’ll also gain access to a collection of my own essays to better understand what high-scoring responses look like in practice. Beyond just essay techniques, I’ll provide strategies for managing time, generating ideas under pressure, and developing confidence in your unique voice.
Further to this I also offer assistance in preparing for Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI) for the University of Western Australia as this is where I interviewed. This includes improving both content and structure.
