About Shrestha
My name is Shrestha and I have been deeply invested in the UPSC Civil Services journey for several years — not just as an aspirant, but as a mentor who genuinely cares about students succeeding.
> I have appeared in UPSC Mains twice (2022 & 2024), which means I bring real examination experience to every session — not just theoretical knowledge. I understand the pressure, the self-doubt, and the moments of confusion that every aspirant faces, because I have lived through them myself.
> Over the past 3 years, I have mentored UPSC aspirants across different stages of preparation — from absolute beginners building their foundation to serious aspirants refining their answer writing. Watching students grow in confidence and clarity is what keeps me passionate about teaching.

**My Teaching Approach**
> I believe UPSC is not about memorizing — it's about *understanding India deeply.* Every class I conduct is built around that philosophy.
**How I Teach**
> I start with the 'why' before the 'what.' Whether it's a historical event, a constitutional provision, or a geographical phenomenon — I first build context, then connect it to current affairs, and finally anchor it with real-world examples. This makes concepts stick naturally without forced memorization.
**Class Structure**
> Every session follows a simple flow:
> - 10 mins — Quick revision of previous concept
> - 30 mins — Deep dive into new topic with examples
> - 10 mins — Open doubt clearing + next session preview
**What Makes Me Different**
> I've sat in the same chair as you. Two Mains appearances (2022 & 2024) means I know exactly where aspirants struggle, where the paper tests you, and what the examiner actually wants. I don't just teach the syllabus — I teach you how to *think* for UPSC.
