About John
I am an honors student at LSU with a 4.0 GPA looking to provide help to my fellow LSU students so that they can achieve the same level of success I did more efficiently.
I have no experience tutoring classes before, but through leading study groups and my experience teaching young kids how to swim, I am more than capable of meeting students where they are academically. My experience as a swim coach specifically allowed me to learn different approaches to teaching and tailoring lessons to individual students.
These experiences, teaching swim and taking these classes myself give me the unique experience to help you succeed in whatever your academic goals are at LSU.

I use my previous knowledge of these courses to help explain the material the teachers go over in lectures in a more personal and detailed manner that can be afforded by your weekly lectures. This allows me to tailor the lesson plans to exactly what a student needs to fully understand their courses and succeed at LSU.
A typical lesson plan would consist of going over the lecture in detail to reinforce the day's learning and subsequently answering questions that you might have to make you get a full grasp of the course information.
These lessons would be most helpful for students taking BIOL 1201, 1202, 2051, and 2083 or Chem 1201, 1202, and 2261 at Louisiana State University
