I am a young graduate of Vanguard Military School and my long term dream is to travel the world helping countries who are less fortunate than others. I am working on becoming a licensed personal trainer and hope to take my skills to the NZ Navy.

I use a hands on approach to teaching. I believe practical learning helps retain the theory work by an outstanding measure. My lessons are for anybody who wishes to expand their knowledge on the human body and how physical exercise takes an affect on your health. I graduated Level 1 PE at excellence and Level 2 PE at excellence also. Lessons usually won’t exceed 1 hour but can vary on request
