Ensuring I was comfortable, was curious about my goals, clear communication, sent practice exercises right after as he said he would (despite it being late evening for him), encouraged me to have fun with the exercises, was not judgmental towards my lack of experience and lack of basic knowledge of singing, swiftly pivoted the lesson to work with my lack of foundational knowledge by moving to exercises he knew would be a bit easier which worked well. Showed confidence that my goals are attainable, making me excited and more confident. Looking forward to continuing to learn with Bruno!
