In my design tutoring sessions, we’ll start with the basic principles of design—balance, contrast, alignment, repetition, hierarchy, and more—laying a strong creative foundation. We’ll explore what it takes to become an interior designer or graphic designer, from essential software to key skills like spatial awareness or visual storytelling. You’ll get insights into the variety of job roles in both fields—brand designer, interior stylist, UX/UI designer, visual merchandiser, and more—and learn how to choose your own design path based on your strengths, interests, and future goals. Finally, we’ll use Design Thinking as a fun, everyday tool to help you creatively solve problems and design with purpose.
