About Hope
With 6 years of experience and a BM in World Music (Guitar Traditions), I bring a unique blend of cultural guitar study and modern shred technique to my teaching. I help students build speed, precision, and musical confidence. My lessons feel structured but never stiff. I enjoy guiding young learners and adult players who want to level up quickly. We work on alternate picking, sweep techniques, and tight progressive riffs. I explain every step with clarity. Some lessons are intense. Others are relaxed and reflective. This balance helps students stay motivated. I want you to feel strong and independent on the instrument. Together, we’ll build the technique you’ve always wanted.

My guitar teaching method brings together solid technique, creative sound exploration, and instrument care. We start with basic chords and simple rhythms. From there, we build your comfort with finger movements and smooth transitions. I show you how to change strings and keep your guitar performing well. You’ll also learn how pedals and amps can shape your tone. I enjoy helping students who like gentle, clear direction. Some want to create soft acoustic moments, and others want to support group songs. I guide each one to feel confident and expressive. Together, we explore different tones to find what feels right. Lessons are welcoming and easy to follow. I make sure you understand every concept clearly. By the end, you’ll feel capable with both playing and gear handling.
