I once struggled with low self-esteem, fear of speaking, and lack of direction. But through personal development, mindset shifts, and spiritual grounding, I transformed into someone who now performs confidently on stage and inspires others. My lessons come from real experience, not just theory — I guide students and women through the same inner work that helped me overcome fear, self-doubt, and low morale. Together, we’ll work on confidence, clarity, discipline, and becoming your best self.
Each session is 60 minutes and includes:
1. Check-in & Reflection (10 mins) – Emotional state + weekly progress
2. Main Topic Discussion (20 mins) – Confidence, discipline, mindset, goals, or spirituality
3. Practical Exercise (15 mins) – Journaling, habit tracker, visualization, or planner use
4. Action Step & Application (10 mins) – Real-life task + mindset shift and spiritual insights (5 mins) - Guidance, breakthroughs and inner clarity.
