I am an Honors Science student at the University of Waterloo with a strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Behavioral Sciences. Alongside my scientific studies, I am also a published author and have received national recognition as a poet, which reflects my strong communication skills and ability to explain ideas clearly and creatively.
My academic and creative background allows me to approach tutoring in a unique way — combining structured scientific thinking with patience, clarity, and adaptability. I enjoy helping students feel confident in their abilities and guiding them toward understanding rather than memorization.

My lessons are structured, personalized, and focused on helping students truly understand concepts rather than memorize them. I adapt each session to the student’s learning style and school curriculum, whether they need help with homework, exam preparation, or difficult topics.
I begin by identifying what the student finds challenging, then break concepts down into clear, step-by-step explanations. I use examples, practice questions, and active problem-solving to reinforce learning and build confidence. I also teach effective study strategies and test-taking techniques so students can become more independent learners.
My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I believe that with the right guidance and patience, every student can improve and succeed in science.
Lessons can be done online or in person, and I provide flexible scheduling to fit students’ needs.
