About Shanza
I am a university undergraduate with a strong academic background in English and Biology and experience working with students of different ages and learning levels. Through peer tutoring and private tutoring, I have helped students strengthen their understanding, improve their academic performance, and become more confident in their abilities. I am patient, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping students learn. Being a university student myself also allows me to understand the challenges students face in school today. I create a supportive, comfortable environment where students can ask questions, learn from mistakes, and feel proud of their progress.

My lessons are personalized to each student’s needs, learning style, and current level. I use clear explanations, examples, practice questions, and interactive activities to make difficult topics easier to understand. For Biology, I focus on understanding concepts rather than simply memorizing. For English, I help students improve writing, reading comprehension, grammar, and communication skills. As a university student who is relatively close in age to many of my students, I can relate to their school routines, challenges, and everyday experiences. I believe this helps me build a comfortable connection with students, understand their struggles, and create a learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My experience tutoring students of different ages allows me to adapt my teaching style to each individual student and help them build confidence while reaching their academic goals.
