About Gugu
Students often complain that accounting is hard, complicated and difficult and I always oppose that. I see accounting as an upside-down pyramid, meaning that when the subject is introduced the content is basic but as the students advance the content becomes more complex. therefore my advice is for students to pay more attention to the introduction in order to learn basic principles because these skills come in very handy when the subject becomes more complex.

Accounting is a practical subject, therefore I believe that students must be actively engaged at all time. Thus it is very important to have a variety and plenty of worksheets in order for students to practice and deepen their understanding of accounting. No one is perfect therefore, there is no harm in learning through trial and error in order to improve method and calculation.
