About Helena

It's common to need more than one application cycle to get into medical school. In my time preparing for the GAMSAT and medical school interviews, I used countless online companies, tutors and materials, from which I have accumulated a large knowledge base and database of resources. Now, I'm eager to share this immense learning curve with prospective students in the same way I'd have liked someone to streamline the endless information for me.

I am an experienced tutor and take an encouraging, positive approach to lessons.

I offer section 2 GAMSAT tutoring, having scored an 83 S2 in my final sitting.

I also offer medical interview tutoring, for which I received a CSP offer to a GEMSAS medical school in my last application cycle.

About the lesson

I have streamlined years of GAMSAT and interview preparation across multiple tutoring companies / people into my own approach which emphasises high yield advice.

One hour online sessions via google meet.

Sessions broken down into :

-Research skills / guidance / resources
-Writing style / question interpretation (GAMSAT or interview)
-Simulated / aided writing + feedback to time
-Homework + feedback outside of tutoring hours if needed

University of Sydney MD student and tutor offering: 1. GAMSAT section 2 tutoring. 2. Medical school (GEMSAS) interview coaching. Credentials: Section 2 score of 83, March 2022. CSP GEMSAS offer.
