About Ollie
I have always had a passion for learning new information and studying Science, Humanities and Mathematics. I am a curious person, who loves to find out how and why the Earth operates the way it does. I want to pass this knowledge and understanding on to other students to hopefully inspire them to pursue their future dreams and goals. I am an avid traveller and love to apply my knowledge to different things I see around the world. I have many career aspirations and am still deciding what I want to pursue most. I feel that experience is key and want to make the right decision, I want to offer my students reassurance and build their confidence to develop academically.

I aim to approach our lessons with a structured and targeted approach. I want to find out how I can best support the student and identify what they are finding difficult. The student should feel they can ask me any questions and our sessions will address this. Our sessions will typically last around an hour, which will hopefully give us enough time to address any queries and cover the necessary content. I would like to offer the first session free as a taster, just to make sure the student is comfortable with me and that we will be able to make the most out of our sessions. I would like to hear more from them about what they want to work on and target, so that they feel prepared for future exams. I am new to tutoring, however, I have had positive experiences with tutors in the past and see how beneficial it can be for a person to maximise their potential. My lessons are targeted for people taking GCSEs. I am neurodivergent friendly and understand first-hand how challenging it can be sometimes to process and grasp the content, especially when the teaching is not always adapted to suit all needs.
