About Carlos
I am a Kinesiology student at the University of Calgary completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Leadership in Pedagogy and Coaching, and a minor in Political Science/History.
I have experience tutoring and teaching from high school and other volunteer opportunities at the university.
I have knowledge in high school social studies including history, economics, ideologies, and most importantly writing, especially persuasive texts including a position response and source analysis.

My teaching methodology is based around understanding what you already know and expanding on it. I try to work with my students and use resources that they have already been using in class to further expand their learning. I also like to use leading questions so that students are able to differentiate between fact and opinion.
