About Calissa
As the schooling system is forever changing and the recent effects of the global pandemic, learning can be overwhelming and sometimes confusing. I want to provide children who have experienced hardships or struggles to understand their content thoroughly and maintain confidence in their knowledge.

I approach tutoring in an individualised, unique and fun way. I ensure to explain concepts in ways that the student understands. I love using interactive methods of teaching to make learning memorable and engaging.
I have previous experience tutoring other students in English and have extensive experience writing scholarly essays throughout university and High School. I am more than happy to provide examples of my work.
A typical length of a lesson would be 45-60 minutes but I would more than happy to spend more time if necessary.
My English lessons would be the most suitable for school children in years 5-12. I am able to tutor children of all levels.
