About Linda
I am 61 years of age and have a great deal of experience supporting young people in Language schools, Residential care and within the education system. I study part-time with the Open University and shall obtain my BA Degree in Arts & Humanities. I have over 15 years experience teaching English to foreign students either 1-1 or within a classroom environment - aged from 12-60.

I listen and assess each student's needs and requirements and devise a creative, fun and applicable lesson plan. I will use innovative techniques for example, visual aids as well as speaking, reading and writing within a suitable learning context. I shall set goals and work with the student to achieve them providing critical feedback and support as needed. As a university student I have a wealth of resources to use with regard to academic writing and study techniques that have proved invaluable to me.
