I am a dedicated and passionate tutor pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching) with a major in Psychology. My goal is to inspire and support students by making learning engaging, accessible, and tailored to their unique needs. I use a mix of: Interactive Learning – Encouraging discussions, problem-solving, and critical thinking rather than passive memorization. Step-by-Step Guidance – Breaking down complex concepts into manageable parts for better understanding. Real-World Applications – Relating topics to everyday life to make learning more engaging and meaningful. Visual Aids & Technology – Incorporating diagrams, videos, and digital tools to reinforce understanding. Formative Assessment – Regularly checking comprehension through questions, quizzes, and mini-tasks. I create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, as I believe learning happens best through exploration and reflection. Typical Lesson Length Lessons typically last 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student's attention span and the complexity of the topic. I can adjust the session length based on individual needs and focus levels. Qualifications and Experience I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching) with a major in Psychology and have experience tutoring kids in math, English and science and school students in humanities-based topics like psychology and social sciences.
