I am currently at university studying hospitality management and work as a swimming instructor in my spare time. Positivity can change your life which I have experienced first hand. My teaching method is very much discussion based. I like to create an environment which is very relaxed and gives the impression of friends chatting rather than teacher and student. I also accompany this discussion with short tasks and homework activities so that you can try out methods yourself. I have found that many people know the powers of positive thinking however struggle with incorporating it into their daily lives. This is where I come in!
