Hi, I’m Mia, a university student studying in the United States after completing my education in the UK. I specialize in History and English, and I have strong experience with essay writing, exam preparation, and coursework support, particularly at GCSE and A-Level.

For subjects like History and English, I help students develop strong analytical skills by guiding them through how to structure answers, use evidence effectively, and understand key concepts rather than just memorizing information. I also use examples, model answers, and step-by-step walkthroughs to show exactly what examiners are looking for.
A typical lesson usually starts with a quick recap of previous material to reinforce learning. Then we move on to the main topic, where I explain key ideas and work through examples together. After that, the student will complete practice questions or tasks, with my support and feedback throughout. I always finish with a short review and tips for improvement so students leave the lesson knowing exactly what they’ve learned and what to focus on next.
