Hi! Thank you for looking a little closer at my profile. Welcome!
I am really excited to have the opportunity to help you develop as an Art Historian and/or Historian or help you with your Oxbridge Interview practice. Having successfully helped several students get into the University of Oxford with my personal and catered-to-your-needs tutoring, you can trust that I will prepare you to excel at the interview, showing the panel that Oxbridge is the right place for you as a scholar in the making.
After years of studying this wonderful subject, I have honed my skills and am ready to pass them on to others. I am an experienced tutor with previous experience in creating syllabuses, teaching and marking essays. I can help you with all topics/periods/movements of (Art) History, both when it comes to writing essays on the given topic, or I can also give short, interactive lectures if that is helpful to your learning. If it’s your visual analysis skills you want to work on, we can practise those together through tests and exercises which will also benefit your essay performance. I will make sure that our sessions are really friendly and informal - I believe that you learn best when you are comfortable and can freely express your thoughts and ideas.
Together we will work through any challenges or projects that you may need my assistance with. Things we can work on could be: University applications, including the HAT, interview practice and personal statement. Essay writing. Extended Project Qualification.
