About Jane
Transition to A Level and go beyond AI. In a landscape of repetitive responses and artificial language learning, original writing and original readings of texts are harder to find. My students go beyond surface level reading and reliance on the thoughts of others - whether that be from YouTube videos, TikTok opinions, or AI-generated thought. I’ve been working for over ten years in education and have a wealth of experience working with all kinds of students. Some are looking for that extra bit of support to get to the next grade, some are looking for a challenge, some are looking to overcome barriers such as SEN or disappointing school experience; I’ve come across it all and am ready to offer the assistance you need.

I am a specialist in AQA and Edexcel exam boards, guiding students to master the A Level transition. Employers and examiners are increasingly looking for people with confidence and originality - my expertise in individualised support can helps students to stand out from the pack. I take a knowledge-based approach with frequent in-lesson feedback, particularly on writing skills. We will focus on clear, consistent, and concise writing.
We will work on securing high levels of critical analysis which goes beyond the AI copy and paste. I ensure students make their own personal and well-supported response. The result is truly original work.
