About Helen
Hello! I'm Dr Helen and I'm an experienced educator and chartered psychologist in organisational behaviour and business. I have a few degrees, including a PhD in Business and Organisational Behaviour, a Masters in Psychology, and a BScEcon in International Relations.
I tutor on a whole range of subjects (within the humanities and social sciences) and know what it takes to get into and succeed at University (if that's where you want to go).
I offer tuition for all exam boards up to A-Level, with expertise in business studies, economics, psychology, and politics. I believe everyone has potential and specialise in teaching students with additional learning needs. I adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of each student.

I am passionate about ensuring students with additional learning needs are given the tools to succeed. I use a variety of techniques to help students who may also find reading and writing more challenging than others.
Communication is key to a successful learning relationship and before we start any form of tutoring, it is important for me to ensure I am clear on the learning goals of each student.
During sessions, I use different teaching approaches and interactive tools to help embed learning and make each subject as engaging as possible!
I am an expert in developing good writing skills and can also provide guidance on essay writing.
