About Sophie
My name is Sophie, a university lecturer with a clinical background as a dietitian working in the NHS, and PhD in human physiology and metabolism. I have several years of experience in tutoring and teaching students, and am currently undertaking a postgraduate certificate in teaching in academic practice, leading to registration as a fellow of the higher education academy.
