About Alex
I graduated from Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge in 2016 with a II.i BA in English. In 2013 I finished Sixth Form with A-Levels in History (A*), Classical Civilisations (A*) and English Literature (A), as well as an AS-Level in Mathematics (A). I am currently studying at the National Film and Television School.
I have been privately tutoring for the last 2 years, and have taught and assisted students with English, History and Classical Civilisations, as well as with applications to Oxbridge. I have also helped students prepare for the 11+ exams, and have worked with pupils on exam revision as well as coursework submissions. As someone who loves to read and learn about my subjects, and is excited and passionate about them, I like to try and push my students to feel the same enthusiasm and interest for their work, which will only inspire them to work harder.
