About Lucy
Hi! I’m a final-year medical student with a degree in Biological Natural Sciences from Cambridge who really enjoys helping others learn. My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and built around each student’s needs — whether that’s boosting confidence, preparing for exams, or applying to University. I like to make learning interactive, using questions, examples, and real-life links to keep things interesting. My goal is always to help students feel more confident and proud of their progress by the end of each session.

My approach to tutoring is focused on understanding and confidence-building. I start by assessing each student’s current needs, then tailor my explanations and examples to suit them. I aim to make each topic feel logical and approachable using step-by-step reasoning.

Qualifications: I am a final-year medical student at Cambridge, with a strong academic background in the sciences and experience mentoring younger students during university applications. My studies have developed my communication and explanation skills, particularly in breaking down complex biological and physiological concepts — skills I bring directly into tutoring.
