About Ryan
I’m a friendly and approachable university student with a strong academic background in Economics, Business and Maths. I understand that every student learns differently, so I focus on creating a supportive environment where you can ask questions, build confidence and improve at your own pace.
Having completed the IB Diploma and studied Economics and Business Management at Higher Level, I understand the challenges students face when preparing for exams and tackling difficult topics. I aim to make lessons engaging and practical by breaking down complex concepts into clear, easy-to-understand explanations.
Whether you need help catching up, preparing for exams, or simply want to become more confident in a subject, I’ll work with you to identify areas for improvement and build a structured approach around your goals.

I take a friendly, patient and personalised approach to tutoring, focusing on helping students genuinely understand the subject rather than simply memorising answers. I break down difficult topics into simple steps, use real-world examples, and adapt each lesson to the student’s strengths, weaknesses and learning style.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, with flexibility depending on the student's age and requirements. I can help with Economics, Business and Maths, including homework support, exam preparation, revision and building confidence in challenging topics.
I have an IB Diploma background, studying Higher Level Economics and Business Management, and am currently completing a Business-related university degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have experience working with students and enjoy creating a relaxed environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
My lessons are suitable for secondary school and sixth-form students, particularly those studying GCSE, A-Level or IB subjects.
