About Divyanshi
Since past 4 years, I have been an active member in volunteering different education programs as well as in contributing personally through organizing different workshops and tuitions. I had been part of the iSEN team as well that tries to identify the hidden creativity and talent of the kids suffering from dyslexia. Furthermore, I was an active member of the Rotary Interact Club for 5 years that reaches out to help government school kids learn Mathematics and English. It was an indescribable experience where I was challenged by different mindsets in order to bring out the best out of them.

My teaching methodology includes understanding and interpreting a topic together, practising that same topic through written work and solving doubts if required. I incorporated this teaching method because of my exposure to different students. In my tuitions, I had students who had retention and interpretation problems. This was because of their lack of self-confidence and self-motivation which resulted in a drastic drop of grades. As a result, I had to strategize a unique way in order to let them explore and realize that their understanding lies if they are passionate. Secondly, this methodology is also because of vivid mindsets present in government schools where I voluntarily contributed for 4 years in teaching Mathematics and English to middle schools students. The adopted teaching method seemed to be successful as kids often approached with good understanding when the topic was revised on a weekly basis. Lastly, I was also a part of the iSEN team that dealt with kids suffering from dyslexia. There I was a mentor where I had to teach 4 kids considering their struggles. I was also trained to formulate and analyze different study patterns and behaviours. My methodology had shown a positive learning pattern in all these groups
