About Zara
Hi, my name is Zara! I am an undergraduate student at San Diego State University, and I hope to go into the medical field. I am currently in the process of pursuing a degree in biology, with a minor in neuroscience. I can speak multiple languages such as English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi. I enjoy reading and writing, and I have a passion for medicine and neuroscience. I love art and poetry, and I have an appreciation for literature and analysis. I hope to inspire people into being the best version of themselves, and I aim to encourage students to be successful in both their academic and personal life. I will help you in any way that I can and hope to act as a mentor and role model for my students.

Online Tutoring via Zoom. A typical lesson would include looking over any homework or help the student needs, and then we would move on to the curriculum that they will learn, depending on what grade they are in, and what course they are taking. The session after homework help will include a mix of videos, websites, and games to help the student grasp the concept that we are working on. I will also pull up and share various resources that will help the student in their current schoolwork and any future courses. Additional worksheets and assignments might also be given after the session that will be checked in the next session. I have 2+ years of tutoring experience, and I have tutored kids from all different age groups across the United States. I have taken advanced English and Science classes throughout high school, and am knowledgeable in what teachers and assignments truly require from a student, and what knowledge matters when learning. I am able to help your student excel in not only school but also in how to grow and improve as a person. Tutor for K-12.
