About Alexia
Hi there my name is Alexia. I'm a 21 year old undergraduate student, Pre-med biology major. I am currently living in San Antonio as I am completing a Biological research summer internship. I am a very enthusiastic person who loves to make the most out of her time. Which is why I want to put to action my prior tutoring experience during my free time: in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I can speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which I can also teach... I am a very active person, love the outdoors, exercising and the sun. But I also like the indoors and intellectual activities like playing Jeopardy everyday. I have prior experience with tutoring (5 years) I tutored students on basically all science courses, math, and some history too for a long time. I can help with homeworks, quizzing, learning, anything you need. I am currently applying to PhD programs to fulfill a doctorate on Microbiology and Immunology, I have a lot of experience with all types of science courses and even though I sound very advance I can be flexible and help you with what ever level science or math course you are taking. I have plenty of patience and passion for these courses to go through them slowly with you until you learn everything. It would be my pleasure to help you get some knowledge on the most interesting courses ever.

-I like to base my lessons off of lesson guides from Kahn Academy or popular you tube videos by Crash course and The Organic Chemistry Tutor.
-I like to go step by step, I try to quiz at the end of lessons to see if student payed attention in class and grasped the content
-I am kind and patient and you don't have to be scared about feeling clueless around me (I am here to help you learn) if it takes time its okay...
