About Isabel
Hello, My name is Isabel and I am currently a second year student at The University Of California-Davis. I am a Cinema and Digital Media Major and a very creative person. My first language was Spanish and I learned English following my attendance in American School. I have always found myself to be a more introverted person but I have always tried to be a helpful person resulting in good communication skills. Some of my interests include watching films, martial arts, and crafting. I am excited to potentially meet some new people!

As a tutor I can be very flexible and accommodating to your needs, If you have an area of higher interest we can focus on that area more prominently. Even if you just need someone to practice speaking English with we can go ahead and do that. With majority of the content being targeted to beginner to intermediate speakers tutoring can consist of reading beginner books as well as discussing them in English, practicing writing basic conversations as well as live conversations. If you find yourself afraid to communicate with me in just English, I also speak Spanish if necessary to clear up any language confusion. I know learning a new language can be scary but having someone to help you out along the way can make your experience much better.
