About Kendrick
Hi, my name is Kendrick. I am a future UCLA undergraduate student with 3 years of tutoring experience and a strong interest in communication, personal growth, and positive psychology. I enjoy helping students become more confident in speaking, presenting, and expressing their ideas clearly. As a recent high school student, I understand how stressful public speaking, interviews, presentations, and self-confidence can feel. I teach in a patient, encouraging, and supportive way so students can improve step by step without feeling judged. My goal is to help students build confidence, communicate more clearly, develop a positive mindset, and feel more prepared for school and future opportunities.

I teach public speaking, personal development, and positive psychology with a supportive and confidence-building approach. My lessons help students improve communication skills, presentation delivery, speech structure, body language, confidence, self-expression, and mindset. A typical lesson starts by understanding the student’s goals, such as preparing for a class presentation, speaking more clearly, becoming more confident, or learning how to express ideas in a positive way. Then, I guide the student through practice speeches, feedback, reflection, and simple strategies for improvement. I can help with school presentations, interview preparation, communication skills, confidence building, leadership development, and personal growth. My goal is to help students feel more comfortable speaking, understand themselves better, and develop a stronger, more positive mindset.
