About Samuel
Hello, I am a second year Economics student at University College London and I tutor Maths, Further Maths and Economics.
I enjoy mentoring students and helping them to achieve their goals. As a Transition Mentor for the UCL Economics Department, I have conducted Peer Assisted Learning and advised 12 students on academic and non-academic issues in weekly meetings. On top of this I was also a Maths tutor at lunchtimes in my senior school where I was able to provide careful guidance and helped students to build confidence in solving Maths problems. I found both of these experiences very rewarding and would love to teach more students.

I cater every lesson to the needs of each student, and prepare accordingly.
The general structure of each session is as follows:
Firstly I discuss the student's strengths and weaknesses, as well as their goals.
The majority of the session will be used to cover the knowledge and concepts behind the topic under discussion, in addition to relevant past paper questions.
At the end of the session I run a brief review and find out what the student would like to cover in the next session
