About Ellis
I hold a First-Class degree in Economics and consistently achieved top grades in the subject throughout school. My academic background is complemented by over five years of experience in the finance sector, including my current role in data engineering at a hedge fund. This blend of academic excellence and industry knowledge gives me a unique perspective that I bring into every tutoring session. I’ve always had a natural ability to break down complex ideas into clear, understandable concepts. Teaching allows me to share my passion for Economics while helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I find it incredibly rewarding to create engaging, tailored lessons that make challenging topics not only accessible but genuinely interesting.
