I believe that the success of a student not only depends on the student's effort and competence, but also the teacher he gets. That is why I am here, and that is what I strive to become as a teacher too.
My teaching methodology:
- Student-centered teaching where the student is the key figure in the teaching learning process with an occasional blended-learning approach
- Cultivating student interest in the subject so that the learning process is sustained throughout
- A Friendly approach so that the student can comfortably open-up about the subject matters
- Equipping the student with sound theoretical knowledge so that the student can deal with complex exam problems
- Practice..! practice..! practice..! The student will practice on problems to let them apply theory in-to practice
- Promoting life-long learning
Lesson plan:
- Brief walkthrough about the subject with links to real world applications to spark student interest in the subject
- Explaining the fundamental theory behind the subject matter
- Explaining the approach to address questions on the subject matter
- Doing practice questions with the student until the student is comfortable with the subject content
- Assigned learning for the student to practice
- A Mutual review with the student at the end of a lesson
Lessons are for:
- Middle school to high school students

I met Charaka while we were still undergraduates, and he was the person we were looking for when we were having doubts or when we couldn't understand anything we were taught.
He is someone who puts all his effort into teaching someone. He never stops until the student fully understands the matter. His teaching techniques are mostly based on the student, but there are slight differences in his style to suit the individual. He is capable of simplifying complex matter into small parts, which makes it easy to understand.
As he has been working as an assistant lecturer for more than 2 years, he is capable of maintaining the interest of an even larger audience throughout the lectures.
The most promising quality that I see in Charaka is his quality of never giving up when teaching a student. He is someone who will try numerous teaching techniques to make sure the student understands the subject. With his approachable nature, students will feel more comfortable clearing their doubts, even by repeating the same question. I think he is an excellent choice for a tutor, and you will never regret that decision.I am delighted to write this recommendation for Charaka, a highly skilled and dedicated individual who has been known for over six years. They create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in discussions. Charaka's approachable nature and genuine care for his students' progress foster a sense of trust and motivation, enabling learners to fully engage with the material and reach their full potential.
Not only is Charaka an exceptional educator, but they also possess remarkable organizational and interpersonal skills. They are punctual, dependable, and consistently prepared for each lesson.
