I am a lecturer as well as an experienced Assessor who has got a solid experience in teaching and assessment of students at tertiary level . My teaching methodology is done in a way that makes students understand the topic easily and quickly . I first make a quick description of the topic at the same time brainstorming students before i get into detail . I will be assessing to see whether students have a rough idea of the topic or subject matter . After that i then go through the topic in detail explaining up to the nitties and gritties of the subject matter to make sure that they understand the topic . After that i ask some questions as a summary to see if they grasp anything pertaining to the topic.
