About Riwanshi
Hello! My name is Riwanshi Soni. I am a dedicated tutor with 7 years of overall teaching experience, including 3 years teaching commerce subjects to B.Com students. Teaching has always been something I truly enjoy, especially helping students understand management concepts in a clear and practical way.
I believe that every student learns differently, so I focus on creating a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and explore ideas. My goal is not only to help students score well in their exams but also to help them understand how concepts like Human Resource Management and Organizational Management work in real business situations.

My name is Riwanshi Soni, and I focus on making Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organization Management easy, practical, and interesting for students. With a total of 7 years of teaching experience, including 3 years in commerce subjects, I understand the common difficulties students face in management topics and help them learn step-by-step.
My teaching approach is concept-based and exam-oriented. I explain each topic using simple language, real business examples, and short case studies so that students can easily connect theory with practical situations. A typical class usually starts with a quick revision of the previous topic, followed by clear explanation of new concepts, discussion of important points, and practice questions for better understanding.
I also provide structured notes, important questions, and guidance for assignments and university exams. My classes are interactive and student-friendly, where students are encouraged to ask questions and discuss ideas.
