My name is Jenette, and I am an online tutor with a genuine passion for helping young learners build confidence, clarity, and a lasting love for learning. ((concealed information)

Every child I teach is different, so I always begin by understanding how they think, where their confidence is, and what has been confusing them. I focus on fixing the root of the problem rather than just repeating exercises.
My lessons are structured but flexible. Each session starts with a quick warm-up, followed by clear teaching using visuals, real-life examples, and step-by-step explanations to make difficult concepts easier to understand. We then move into guided practice where I support and correct mistakes in real time. Every lesson ends with a short confidence check so the child leaves feeling capable, not overwhelmed.
With experience teaching over 50 students, I’ve learned that most children don’t struggle because they lack ability, but because they haven’t yet had things explained in a way that clicks for them. My job is to find that way. I am patient, supportive, and I don’t move on until the child truly understands.
I teach children aged 5–10 following UK/US curricula and other European Syllabus.
