About Mihika
I am an experienced Economics tutor with over seven years of teaching students from school, college, and working professionals. During this time, I have successfully guided around 300 students, helping them achieve clarity, confidence, and strong results in their studies. My goal is to make Economics understandable, practical, and interesting for every learner.
I teach a wide range of topics including microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, development economics, international trade, monetary and fiscal policies, and applied statistics. I also focus on real-world applications, showing students how economic theories influence daily life, business decisions, and global events. Lessons include interactive problem-solving, discussions, and practical examples to make complex concepts easy to grasp.
My teaching philosophy emphasises communication, accountability, and integrity. I encourage students to ask questions, share ideas, and actively participate in their learning. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and goals, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their understanding. I also guide students in exam preparation, assignments, and professional applications, helping them excel academically and practically.
Many of my students have achieved top grades, improved critical thinking skills, and gained confidence in analysing and applying economic concepts. I am dedicated to helping students not only succeed in their courses but also develop a strong understanding of how Economics works in the real world.
I invite students to join me on a learning journey where Economics becomes clear, useful, and enjoyable, preparing them for exams, projects, and real-life decision-making.

My teaching approach focuses on making Economics clear, practical, and relevant for students at school and university levels. I cover a wide range of subjects including microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, development economics, international trade, monetary and fiscal policies, and applied statistics. I also integrate real-world examples to help students see how economic concepts influence everyday life and global events.
I follow a student-centred methodology, emphasising communication and understanding. I encourage students to ask questions, share their ideas, and actively participate in discussions. This helps them think critically about economic problems and analyse data effectively. Accountability is important in my teaching, so I ensure students keep up with assignments, practice exercises, and exam preparation, building strong habits for academic success.
Lessons are structured yet flexible. I adapt my approach according to each student’s pace, learning style, and goals. I use clear explanations, visual aids, and practical examples to simplify complex concepts. Integrity is central to my teaching philosophy, ensuring that students understand the ethical and logical foundations behind economic theories and their real-world applications.
I focus on building analytical and problem-solving skills, helping students interpret graphs, evaluate policies, and apply economic reasoning to various scenarios. By linking theory with practice, students gain confidence in assignments, projects, and exams. My goal is to make Economics not just a subject to learn but a way to understand the world.
Through my guidance, students develop critical thinking, clarity, and a deeper appreciation for economic concepts, preparing them for academic success and informed decision-making in life.
