About Thea
I am a dedicated Microsoft Excel tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience, helping school, college, and working professionals build strong practical skills. I have successfully trained around 300 to 350 students, supporting them in exams, assignments, and real work tasks.
My teaching philosophy is based on simplicity, practice, and real understanding. I believe Excel is best learned by doing, so I focus on hands-on learning with clear step-by-step guidance. I start from basic concepts like formulas and formatting, and gradually move to advanced topics like pivot tables, data analysis, dashboards, and automation.
I use real-life examples and practical exercises so students can apply what they learn in studies, jobs, and daily tasks. My classes are interactive, and I encourage students to ask questions and solve problems independently. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s level and goals.
One of my key achievements is helping a large number of students become confident Excel users, even those who started with no prior knowledge. Many of my students have improved their academic performance and enhanced their job readiness.
My goal is to make Excel easy, useful, and enjoyable to learn. I am committed to helping every student grow step by step and achieve success in their academic and professional journey.

My teaching approach for Microsoft Excel is practical, simple, and focused on real skills. I start with the basics like data entry, formatting, formulas, and functions. Then I move step by step to advanced topics like data analysis, pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and automation. I make sure students understand not just how to use Excel but why each tool is important.
I also connect Excel with related subjects like data analysis, reporting, business basics, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documentation. This helps students use Excel in real-life situations such as projects, office work, and job tasks.
Accountability is an important part of my teaching. I give regular tasks and track progress to make sure students are improving. I encourage students to take responsibility for their learning and complete practice work on time.
I use creativity to make lessons interesting by using real data examples and small projects. This helps students learn how to solve real problems using Excel. I also bring flexibility into my sessions by adjusting the speed and content based on each student’s level and goals.
Empathy is at the core of my teaching style. I understand that every student learns differently, so I explain concepts patiently and clearly. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
My goal is to make students confident in using Excel for exams, assignments, and professional work while building strong practical skills for the future.
