About Naushaba
I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate students at a number of universities in the UK in the Business and Management Subject area. I have a very inclusive style of teaching whereby I aim to use the prior knowledge and experience of the students to understand and apply the theoretical concepts of the subjects to the world of work.

I teach Business Management subjects such as Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, Business Strategy, Human Resource Management and Management of Change. I can also support dissertation preparation. I start from basic principles and then gradually build up a sound understanding of the subject.
