About Felix
Hi, my name is Felix, and I am currently a junior at Tufts University majoring in physics with a minor in computer science and mathematics. I graduated from Newton South High School and focused my studies on mathematics and science. In college, I’ve become very adept in programming through both courses and individual research projects. Over the last two summers, with the REU-NSF summer internships, I had the opportunity to work at Harvard University John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences where I gained invaluable experience and mentorship.
I've had a wonderful time teaching in the past and it truly means something to me to see any young mind succeed, especially if I was able to help them in any way.

I offer elementary to college-level tutoring in mathematics and physics and tutoring of programming for beginners and intermediate level. Note, I am not an engineer, so I strictly work with software and data analysis, not hardware or mechanical engineering. For other subjects like chemistry and biology, I am happy to give tips, but further tutoring requires some discussion.
I also offer SAT prep for students in 9th-12th grade. For students at a younger age, I will help them to build foundational learning, which helps target the SAT at a later time. lesson
I always provide a free initial lesson to give students and parents an opportunity to see if my teaching style and skills are a good match. After the first session, my hourly rate is 60$ per hour for 1-2-hour sessions and all the sessions would be remote.
Note – As your math/science/SAT tumor, I will be happy to provide helpful information regarding college preparation and summer internships and to share my positive college experience -without additional charge. For any students who need help with their college applications and essays, terms and payments will be discussed and based on individual needs.
