About Mei
Hi! My name is Mei, and I am currently a student at Trinity College. I am a dedicated student and a member of the Trinity track team, which has taught me discipline, strong time management, and the ability to stay organized while balancing multiple commitments.
I have always been strong in English and writing, and I enjoy helping other students improve their skills and build confidence in their academic work. I understand the expectations students face in school and aim to create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I work with middle school and high school students on essay writing, reading comprehension, grammar, and editing. My goal is to help students feel more confident in their abilities while strengthening their academic performance.
My hourly rate is $18 an hour.

My tutoring is designed to help students build confidence in their English skills while improving writing, reading comprehension, and critical thinking. As a student at Trinity College, I take academics very seriously and enjoy helping other students strengthen their abilities in a supportive environment.
I am currently working at Hartford Montessori Magnet School as a college teaching assistant, where I help support students in the classroom and assist with learning activities. I am also taking an educational studies–focused semester as a freshman, which has helped me learn more about how students learn best and how to explain ideas clearly.
During lessons, I help students with essay writing, grammar, editing, and organizing strong arguments for school assignments. My goal is to make learning approachable while helping students improve their skills and feel more confident in their academic work.
