About Angèle
Hello everyone, I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and went to train at the source, in India, in 2017. After giving yoga classes to my loved ones, today I want to share this transformative discipline with all those who want it! :)

We'll start with a relaxation (savasana), then a breathing exercise (pranayama), then we'll move on to a series of postures (asanas) and end with a final relaxation to assimilate the benefits of the practice. For those interested, we can also discuss other yogic principles: diet, doshas, meditation, spirituality.
