About Quinn k
Over 9 years of experience in the health and wellness industry working with people, bodies and their lives. Yoga brought me to teaching and teaching brought me to reiki. Reiki brought me to Massage Therapy and being an RMT brought me to training, fitness and Barre.
Ive lead 35+ sized classes and also very intimately worked one on one. I have worked closely with clients to heal or recover from specific injury or chronic pain. I have also worked with clients to find more peace with themselves and their lives.

We are not just made up by millions of cells and bacteria, but also our communities and the social systems we are woven onto.
My approach is always holistic, however the focus is always guided by you, the client. Wether you are recovering from a specific injury, wanting to gain confidence on the mat, need help coming back to the mat, or needing some support in deepening the more abstract parts of your practice, I do my best in meeting you at your level and holding an open and honest space for each session.
My original training was Ashtanga based and have grown to love slow and restorative practices. I continuously weave my anatomy and physiology training with the more intuitive aspects of my Reiki training.
More specific areas we can focus on: pranayama (breath), meditation, chronic pain, sports injury, body acceptance, mental health support, help with insomnia, postural assessment and training plan, restorative, yoga theory, sequence planning.
