About Eva
Due to my personal experience as a polyglot, I know the challenges that students face when learning a foreign language. Together with my knowledge of psycholinguistics (as an ex researcher in this field) I can give you the best tips so that you can speak naturally and confidently. I am a very dynamic and patient person, so you can learn in a fun and safe space where you don't have to be afraid of making mistakes. Hello! I am Eva, graduated in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Granada, the University of Lisbon and the American University of Istanbul (Boğaziçi University). Since I was 18 I have lived in 5 different countries, and throughout my international experience I have learned English, French and Portuguese perfectly and some Arabic, Turkish, Italian and even Antillean Creole.
I am a Spanish native who has studied, lived and worked in both Portugal and Brazil. Portuguese is, in my opinion, one of the most rewarding languages that exist. I learned it without any expectations and it is the one that has opened the most doors for me, so I would be delighted to guide your path in this exciting language.
I have experience teaching languages and creating pedagogical material for international NGOs, as well as advanced vocabulary knowledge due to my profession as a translator. I have an approach based on naturalness and confidence when learning a language, so you will be able to improve your linguistic abilities in a relaxed and positive environment so that you can feel your level progress effortlessly.
I offer completely personalized classes for all ages and levels, in small groups of 3-4 people. I also offer English and French classes for foreigners.
