About Astrid
Hi. My name is Astrid. I am a year 3 translation student from Hong Kong. I love Chinese so I would like to spread my culture by teaching other Chinese. I am good at both Mandarin and Cantonese. This is my first time being a teacher. I will be patient and try my best to let us all enjoy the fun of Chinese!

Learning Chinese is a long way to go. I will be by your side as always. Starting your Chinese journal with Hanyu Pinyin. I will prepare powerpoints and use the HSK (Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì, a.k.a. Chinese Proficiency Test) textbooks as my teaching material. I will try to create a full Chinese-speaking environment during the class that the students will have more chances to practice their Chinese oral. Also, it help to develop their knowledge of the sentence structure and grammar of Chinese.
